We appreciate your patience as we work through what is going to be best and safest for the families and kids we serve, our staff, and the community during this time. We will continue to closely monitor the recommendations of the CDC and will adjust accordingly as needed. We will make sure that we have updated information posted on the website and our social media as things progress. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns at email@example.com.
Office hours and meetings: Our office will be open Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 8:30AM – 2:00PM. We have the capability to host Zoom calls so we will be utilizing this tool as needed.
Home Studies/Licensing: We will continue to license new families, provide home study updates, and attend any necessary home visits involved in a foster family making changes to their home (ie. move, modifying licenses, etc.). These “visits” will all be conducted in-person or over Zoom or another online platform. Our Intro classes will be held in-person at various “Church Partner” locations. We plan on continuing to accept placement referrals from Homefinders at DCYF.
Trainings: Stay tuned for more details about dates & times of our various trainings. The required CCT training provided by Alliance is currently only offered online.
Support: Our Case Managers are all working from home and in the field and are available for support as needed.
Fundraisers: We have decided to host the Hope for Families Campaign again this year from August 21st – Sept. 4th. This is an opportunity to learn more about ACHS and donate to the campaign….more details to come!
